We realize that the purchased goods may not meet expectations. One should feel at ease, that if the products in a marketable state, we will take it back and refund your purchase, according to the rules below. Before refunding please send an email to email@example.com with the order number and reason for return
The product must be returned within 14 days of the order receipt
The product must not be worn, altered or washed
The product must have all labels attached and returned in its original packaging
Products returned without the original security label or a damaged security label may result in a delay of your refund or refund refusal
Refunds to the account with which you paid for the order shall be carried out within 14 days of receipt of the returned product to the warehouse
In order to improve service efficiency, we do not offer exchange of goods. You will get the right size or color faster if you place another order. We will transfer an amount equal to its value to your account immediately upon receiving the returned product.
The cost of return shipment is not compensated. Shipping costs are only compensated for, if you received a defective or incorrect product. In this case, do not forget to attach a copy of the receipt of transport costs for the return of the parcel. After checking the condition of the product, we shall refund the cost of it as well as the corresponding costs of shipment and return.
